In June 2022, Helen was promoted to Senior Nursery Nurse, working closely alongside the management team to support the smooth day-to-day running of the Nursery and the staff team as a whole. In October 2026, Helen progressed further into the role of Acting Deputy Manager.
Helen is a mum to two young boys, who have also attended one of our settings. This has given her valuable insight into the Nursery experience from a parent’s perspective and an understanding of the importance of feeling confident, reassured and involved in your child’s care.
Helen holds up-to-date certificates in First Aid, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene and has completed a variety of additional training courses. She is passionate about continuing to develop her knowledge and skills and putting what she learns into practice to support both the children and the wider Nursery team.
